1. You may not use any of the graphics or designs that are used to make up the pages of the Realms of Fey Arte of Faeries. Those are reserved solely for me. If you would like something similar to them, email me and I will be happy to design one for you (See Custom Designs Terms & Conditions)..

2. Your website must be free of vulgarity, pornography or overt violence. I have standards of ethics that I abide by and if you choose to use my designs, I expect you to respect my lifestyle and beliefs and thus not associate me with anything that is "unseemly" in appearance. If you have any questions about whether or not your website might be "borderline" for my beliefs email me with the url and I will be happy to take a look.

3. You either attach the Fey Arte of Faeries logo included with the designs or place a text based link with the wording "Web Designs By Fey Arte of Faeries" on the page or on each page that one of Fey Arte of Faeries' designs is located upon. The link to be used is: http://www.feyarteoffaeries.com

4. You do not link from my server as that is considered band-width thievery and my ISP would be very angry and hunt you down! I will also be forced to use a graphic in place of the one you are band-width stealing that tells your visitors that you are stealing band-width. Do not embarrass yourself by stealing my band-width! 5. Fey Arte of Faeries' images are not to be used as part of any graphics collection provided either for free or fee.

6. None of Fey Arte of Faeries' designs may be altered except for the cards and adoptions which you may add text to.

Additional Terms & Conditions For Link Ware Background Sets

Unfortunately due to the mis-use of my designs I have had to institute these additional terms and conditions. Please read and follow them...mis-use of my designs will result in my request for their removal!

1. None of the link ware background sets are to be altered in anyway except to delete buttons you do not need without my written permission. Each background set comes with a text html file in the zipped download for your use in adding your own content between the "welcome graphic" and the "navigation" buttons. If you are unsure of how to use the text file or have any questions or problems with adding your own content, please email me and I will be happy to help in any way I can.

2. You may not "mix and match" buttons, graphics or backgrounds between my sets or any other person's sets. Nor may you use them separately from my backgrounds unless you have received written permission from me to do so...this includes putting them in "blogs", guestbooks or journals.

3. You may not use any button or graphic (this includes the Welcome graphic) on any background other than the one it was made for, nor may it be altered in anyway. If you wish the welcome graphic to say something else, email me and I will be happy to customize one for you (usually free of charge). If you have a need for only the welcome graphic or one of the buttons email me for written permission to use it separately from the background set. I will generally grant permission when asked, but will insist on its removal if permission has not been asked for in advance. Please be sure to extend this courtesy as I would if it were you *S*.

4. The link ware designs offered here are to be used only on your personal (non-commercial) website. Commercial use is strictly forbidden...unless specific arrangements have been made with me beforehand.  If you want to use one of my link ware designs on a commercial site, please email me to discuss its use.

5. Email Fey Arte of Faeries the url for your page so that I may see how you've used the design and add you to my "Sites" page.

6. All of Fey Arte of Faeries' link ware background sets are available for exclusive purchase. If you like one of the link ware background sets and you want to be the only one to use it, you may purchase the exclusive rights to the set. From then on, it will be removed from Web Designs By Fey Arte of Faeries' site. Please email me with the name of the set and I will let you know the price and whether it is suitable for exclusivity (not being used elsewhere). Prices vary (usually between $5 and $100) depending on the complexity of the set.

7. Always remember for unzipped package sets to right click on all of the images and do a "Save Picture As" to save it to your hard drive. (Be sure you do this, otherwise you'll end up linking it from my server and become a bandwidth thief and suffer the consequences!)
