Web Site Building and Maintenance

If you want a website and are unsure how to go about it, I will be happy to add your content to any of Web Designs by Fey Arte of Faeries' link ware, exclusive or custom background sets and upload to a website server of your choice with guestbook, navigation bar and counter. I will also maintain your site for you, if needed, on a monthly or as needed basis.

For creating, building, and uploading a website I charge $25.00 an hour. Continued Maintenance is a minimum of 1/2 hour or $12.50.

Your initial website fee includes (but is not limited to):

1. The designing of custom and exclusive background sets

   **If you choose to use a link ware set I've already created there is added savings to you because the set is already done.

   **If you choose an exclusive set that is already on my website, you pay the price of the set but no additional hourly charge for its design time.

   **If you want a customized and exclusive background set that is not already offered to you on my website, the hourly charge prevails. Your customized background set is done to your personal specifications and can be from a picture or graphic that you have or I can give you examples of what I have.

   **If you choose a set offered by another graphic designer, there is no additional hourly charge except for the time required by me to download the set from the designer's website and verify it's "terms and conditions of use" information. You will be required to provide the designers url to me to accomplish this on your behalf.

2. Generating all html to put your web pages together with your personalized text, plus any additional graphics, etc., that you choose to provide to me for your site.

3. Uploading your website to the host server of your choice.

4. Adding a visitor's hit-counter.

5. Adding a guestbook.

After your website is up and running, Continued Maintenance is done as needed or according to a previously agreed upon schedule.

Because your website is uniquely yours, the total cost of it will vary considerably, depending on:

1. How many total pages you desire.

2. Whether the same background set is used for all pages or different sets are used for each page and if you are using ones already offered on my site as link ware or exclusive.

3. The complexity of the background set design.

4. The complexity of the html you require. For example the amount of text, graphics, special effects, etc.

Pricing Examples:

#1 -- approximately $100-$150 offers you a 2-page site with the same custom and exclusive background set used for both pages (price would be less if using a set currently offered on my site).

#2 -- approximately $300-$500 offers you a 6-to-10 page website using a variety of background sets (with a mixture of customized and/or exclusive sets already offered on my website).

Again, because I work on an hourly charge, your site's total cost depends on what you want ... YOU govern the total cost with your personalized and customized wishes. *S* Email Me with what you envision and I will be happy to give you an approximate quote...please be as specific as you can.
